At Lunaticoastro Pacific Ltd., our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers by offering honest guidance before and after every purchase, and by providing a carefully selected range of products and services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

PRICES:

All prices displayed on this website are in US dollars (USD) or New Zealand dollars (NZD), depending on the region or selected currency, and do not include GST or other taxes unless otherwise stated.

We strive to keep our pricing accurate and up to date. However, adjustments may occur due to changes in supplier costs, shipping rates, or currency fluctuations.

If a product is not in stock and a price change occurs between the time of purchase and the moment we prepare your order, we will notify you. You may then confirm the updated amount or cancel the order without penalty.

For orders delivered within New Zealand, a 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be added during checkout.

For international orders, no tax is charged at checkout. However, your country may apply customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.

AVAILABILITY:

We make every effort to keep our inventory accurate and up to date. However, due to our specialised product range and the nature of international supply chains, some items may sell out unexpectedly or experience delays in restocking.

Estimated availability or lead times shown on product pages are informative only and not binding.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing the order to confirm current availability and estimated delivery time.

BUDGETS AND PRO FORMA INVOICES:

If you need a formal quotation or a pro forma invoice for internal approval or documentation purposes, we are happy to provide one on request.

To prepare such documents correctly, please include the following information:

  • Full name and contact details of the person or organisation responsible for the purchase

  • Billing and (if different) shipping address

  • Any internal reference (e.g., project name, purchase order number)

  • Preferred payment method and expected timeline

  • List of products and quantities requested

This information will also appear on the final invoice where applicable.

Important: Orders processed via quotation or pro forma invoice do not qualify for free shipping, due to the additional administrative steps involved.

VAT / GST:

This store operates under Lunaticoastro Pacific Ltd., a company based in New Zealand. Orders delivered within New Zealand include 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax), which will be applied and shown at checkout.

Orders shipped outside New Zealand are not subject to New Zealand GST.

However, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the destination and are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure whether this may apply in your case, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Orders are shipped from New Zealand to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation, and most products include an estimated delivery time.

We offer free shipping on all orders over a certain amount, as clearly indicated on this page.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and shipping options.

Please inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the package is damaged or shows signs of tampering (e.g. crushed or opened box), notify the courier immediately and contact us within 4 working days of receipt.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, and cash-on-delivery is not available.

Failed Delivery and Returns

If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, or if we are unable to contact the recipient within 7 working days after the first failed attempt, the order may be cancelled.

In such cases, any shipping costs, customs clearance fees, return charges, or other expenses incurred by Lunaticoastro due to the failed delivery or return of the parcel will be deducted from the refund.

No refund will be issued until the goods have been safely returned to our facility and inspected. Once approved, refunds may take a few business days to process.

WITHDRAWAL AND REPLACEMENT:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or anomaly, please contact us within 4 working days of receipt. This allows us to resolve the issue promptly. (Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by this timeframe.)

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 working days of delivery, for a refund or exchange. This goodwill policy applies only to items in perfect condition, with original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and any seals or bags intact.

Please note:

  • Returns must be authorised in advance; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

  • If the order qualified for free or discounted shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Items made to order, personalised products, or digital goods cannot be returned.

  • Returned products must be securely packed inside an outer parcel to avoid damage in transit. We reserve the right to reject returns with inadequate packaging or signs of use.

WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS AND GOODS:

All products sold through this store are covered by a 12-month warranty provided either by the manufacturer or by Lunaticoastro Pacific Ltd., unless a longer period is explicitly stated for a specific product.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes, at our discretion, repair, replacement, or refund of the faulty item.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or installation

  • Accidents, negligence, or unauthorised modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Acts of nature or external causes (e.g. lightning, water ingress)

To make a warranty claim:

  • You must provide the original purchase invoice.

  • Contact us first to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) and shipping instructions.

  • Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Please pack the item carefully to avoid damage in transit.
We do not guarantee the availability of spare parts after the warranty period unless explicitly stated.

RESPONSABILITY:

Lunaticoastro Pacific Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products, improper installation, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Our liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This limitation applies to all types of claims, including (but not limited to):

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Damage to third-party equipment or property

The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their specific use and for ensuring compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and installation standards.

To make any warranty or damage claim, the original purchase invoice must be provided. No other documentation is required.

RATES AND DELIVERY TIME:

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders above a certain total amount — this is clearly indicated on this page. This offer applies to standard orders placed directly through the webshop.

Please note:

  • Free shipping does not apply to orders processed through pro forma invoices, budget requests, or custom quotations, due to the additional administrative handling involved.

  • Heavy or oversized items may be excluded from the free shipping policy. In such cases, we will provide a tailored shipping quote.

  • For some destinations, shipment insurance may be strongly recommended. If the customer declines insurance, the shipment will be sent at their own risk.

If delivery time is critical, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping timelines.
